Announcement on Business and Service Suspension During the System Upgrade

Dear customers,

To provide you with better financial services, we plan to upgrade our banking systems in Hunan, Hubei and Guangxi branches (the three branches) from 18:00, July 22, to 12:00, July 25, 2011 (Beijing Time, same below). During the upgrade period, some business and services in certain regions will be unavailable. The details are listed below:

* Note: "upgraded branches" refer to branches in Hebei, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Xinjiang, Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou, Yunan, Tibet, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Jiangxi, Anhui, Henan, Hainan, Shandong, Beijing, Tianjin, Liaoning, Fujian, Zhejiang, Ningbo, Shanghai, Jiangsu and Suzhou.
