From now to April 30, you may call the customer service hotline 4006695566 to apply for electronic statements (Email, mobile phone) and other services.
You will get 1,000 points by cancelling paper statements.
Application:
1. You may call 4006695566 to apply for personalized electronic statements instead of paper statements.
Upon application/cancellation of electronic statements or paper statements by call, such application/cancellation shall take effect on that very day. |
| Detailed Rules |
1. "Electronic statement" service allows inquiry of statements through Email, SMS, mobile phone, and online banking. For example, Email statement is a service specially customized by Bank of China for cardholders: by providing an Email address and applying for electronic statement service, cardholders can check the electronic statements via Email the day after the statement date. The electronic statement is almost the same as the paper statement, including accounting information, repayment date, repayment amount and transaction details.
2. The electronic statements will be sent on the day following the statement date. For example, if your statement is dated the 10th of the month, you will receive the electronic statement on the 11th day.
3. During the activity, those who cancel paper statements can each get 1,000 points. After the application is accepted by an attendant online, the points will become effective upon cancelling paper statements, and will be awarded when the activity is over.
4. The points will be awarded by card. A card with a normal account will be awarded 1,000 points upon canceling the paper statements. That is, by cancelling paper statements, a card account in normal status will be awarded 1,000 points, and by analogy, if all five cards (account status is normal) under the name of the customer do not use paper statements, 5,000 points will be awarded.
5. If you have canceled paper statements, but applied for such again before December 2011, 1,000 points will be deducted from your corresponding card account.
6. The points awarded during the activity cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. After the activity, the points will be added to the corresponding card in a lump sum.
8. Card account in abnormal status, such as having arrears or being frozen due to fraud as well as business cards are excluded from the activity.
9. Bank of China reserves its right of final interpretation of this activity. |
