Rules
Bank of China's credit card customers whose credit card payment amount in any calendar month from June to August in 2011 exceeds that in May by RMB 3,688 or more will have a chance to win an iPad2 in the lucky draw.
(Credit card payment amount is subtotaled by calendar month and winners will be drawn after the end of each month. Customers are eligible for a maximum of three lucky draws if they meet the above requirements in June, July and August respectively )
Detailed Rules
1. The activity lasts from June 1 to August 31, 2011 and is available only to cardholders of Bank of China's credit cards in Beijing.
2. Customers will be eligible for the lucky draw after the end of June, July or August if the credit card payment amount in any of the three months exceeds the total payment amount in May by RMB 3,688 or more.
3. Customers each may get no more than one gift during the activity. Returns or reversed transactions will not be included in the total payment amount. Any abnormality in the credit card account will exclude card holder from the activity.
4. Gifts of iPad2 in the activity are the latest licensed models from authorized suppliers with one year nationwide warranty. Bank of China will deduct relevant individual income taxes for winners.
5. The three lucky draws will be conducted in mid July, August and September respectively under the surveillance of the professional notary public office. The winners list will be announced on Bank of China's website each month and Bank of China will notify winners to collect gifts and arrange relevant delivery service no later than one month after the lucky draw. Winners have no need to apply for the gift collection. Any failure to collect gifts for customers' reason will be considered as a waiver and Bank of China Beijing Branch assumes no liability.
