The Phase 43 "single product", one of Bank of China RMB "Seven-day Appointment - Seven-day Automatic Renewal Wealth Management" product series BY1005GX7D, is offered for public sale to individual investors from March 2 to 8, 2011.
The automatic renewal wealth management product, a principal-guaranteed wealth management product for automatic renewal, consists of a series of continuous, single structured wealth management products (hereinafter referred to as "single product") with fixed horizon and the same structure. These "single products" may have different yields depending on market factors. When a product series goes into its duration, Bank of China will announce the details of the "single product" of the next phase, such as the horizon and yield, within the period stipulated in the agreement before maturity of the current "single product". Investors can exercise the right of redemption before the maturity date of the current "single product" as required. If investors exercise the right of redemption, Bank of China will sweep subscription funds and current investment returns to investors' specified accounts within the period stipulated in the agreement; if investors do not exercise the right of redemption within the period stipulated in the agreement, Bank of China regards it as investors' default purchase of the "single product" of the next phase, and then the subscription funds of investors will go to the duration of the "single product" of the next phase automatically, and Bank of China will sweep current investment returns to investors' specified account within the period stipulated in the agreement.
BY1005GX7D product series are invested in RMB, and 100 phases of variable-term "single product" under this series will be launched continuously for sale, with an investment horizon of seven calendar days (it shall be adjusted in case of holidays). The Phase 43 "single product" of BY1005GX7D product series is put on sale from March 2 to 8, 2011. The product details are as follows:
