II. Basic requirements
i. Demonstrate honesty, integrity, sound moral and professional ethics; and behave in accordance with the laws and code of discipline.
ii. Identify with the corporate culture and values of the Bank of China, demonstrate strong sense of commitment, responsibility and mission; stay innovative, responsible and hard-working;
iii. Be market- and customer-oriented, strong skills in policy execution, coordination, comprehensive management and internal and external communication; outstanding performance in work;
iv. Possess the professional and leadership skills required for performing duties; familiar with China’s relevant policies, laws and regulatory rules and developments in the financial markets and relevant fields at home and abroad;
v. Good mental and physical health for performance;
vi. Comply with the Bank’s policies regarding recruiting family members of a current BOC employee.
