Established in February 1912, Bank of China Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank” or “BOC”) is the longest continuously operating, as well as the most globalized and diversified bank in China. The Bank has institutions in 64 countries and regions outside the Chinese mainland and provides a full suite of financial services to its customers.
To meet its business needs, the Bank now launches its 2025 Spring Campus Recruitment. Relevant details are as follows:
I. Institutions with Job Openings
The recruitment process will be a unified one. Job openings are available in the Head Office, Head Office-level institutions, audit departments, domestic branches in the Chinese mainland, institutions in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and other countries and regions, and non-banking subsidiaries.
II. Job Openings
i. Head Office-level institutions
1. Bank Card Center: positions in comprehensive financial services and IT are open to graduates from universities both at home and abroad. The Bank Card Center is mainly responsible for bank card business, product R&D, brand marketing, consumer protection, risk management, and middle-office and back-office operation. Place of work: Beijing.
2. Software Center: IT positions are open to graduates from universities both at home and abroad. The Software Center is mainly responsible for the development, testing, and maintenance of information systems across the Bank. Place of work: Beijing, Shenzhen, Hefei, Shanghai, Wuhan or Chengdu.
3. Intensive Operation Center: positions in intensive operation and operation technology-support are open to graduates from universities both at home and abroad. The Center is mainly responsible for the centralized processing and production management of the standard business across the Bank and the business of non-banking subsidiaries and overseas institutions. In the meantime, the Center also focuses on promoting the building of relevant systems and process optimization, and providing intensive, shared and intelligent operational support for business development throughout the Group. Place of work: Foshan, Wuhan.
4. BOC Beijing Advanced Academy: positions in training and R&D and network operation and maintenance are open to graduates from universities both at home and abroad. The academy is mainly responsible for the political ability training, leadership development programs for managers at all levels, professional talent training, and the construction of the “BOC Learning” cloud platform. Place of work: Beijing.
5. Remote Banking Center: online business operation positions are open to graduates from universities both at home and abroad. The Remote Banking Center is mainly responsible for the development, operation and management of online customer service channels such as 95566 and 4006695566. Empowered by FinTech, it efficiently provides online customer services such as business consulting, business processing, care and maintenance as well as relevant operation support. Place of work: Beijing, Hefei, Xi’an, Guangzhou or Kunshan.
ii. Audit departments
Positions for auditors and audit data analysts are open to graduates from universities both at home and abroad. Successful applicants will be assigned to tasks such as managing audit data analysis systems, processing audit data, or conducting audits, etc.
iii. Domestic branches in the Chinese mainland
1. IT positions are open to graduates from universities both at home and abroad. Successful applicants will be assigned to IT related work at institutions at different levels.
2. Positions at outlets (Marketing Services) are open to graduates from universities both at home and abroad. Successful applicants, as candidates for marketing service positions, will first work in positions like comprehensive service manager for a period of time for practical training and then be assigned to provide marketing services in relevant positions at outlets or other business management institutions based on their performances, personal aptitudes, etc.
3. Positions at outlets (Comprehensive Services) are open to graduates from universities both at home and abroad. Successful applicants will be assigned to provide comprehensive services such as counter service and lobby service at outlets.
iv. Institutions in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and other countries and regions
Positions in banking business and other related areas are open to graduates from universities both at home and abroad.
vi. Non-banking subsidiaries
Positions in financial services and other related areas are open to graduates from universities both at home and abroad.

III. How to Apply
Starting from today, applicants can visit the Spring Campus Recruitment and Intern Recruitment page on the website of the Bank for more information and sign up for an account. Once profiles have been completed, applicants may create and submit their applications to openings listed. (For Spring Campus Recruitment, each applicants can apply for only one position within the same tier-1 institution and no more than four positions in total; and applicants may NOT apply to both the Spring Campus Recruitment positions and the Internship Program at the same time. In the case of multiple applications, each will be assessed individually and has no precedence over one another).

IV. Miscellaneous
i. Applicants should accurately and completely fill in their resumes and relevant information, ensuring the authenticity of all information, otherwise, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the applications.
ii. As positions and job requirements vary across institutions and some institutions have specific requirements, applicants should make sure that their skills, knowledge and experience match the job positions that they apply to avoid invalid application.
iii. Written examinations will be organized uniformly by the BOC. Details will be sent to applicants via email or a SMS message from 95566.
iv. Throughout the recruitment process, the Bank will contact applicants using the information (including cellphone number and email address) that they provide in their application. Please make sure the contact information is correct and up to date.
v. The Bank does not have any test center, exam-setting center or any similar institutions established by itself or by others at its request. The Bank has never compiled or published any reference materials for the campus recruitment examination or provided examination-related materials or information to any institution. During recruitment, the Bank will not collect any fee from applicants. Please stay vigilant and beware of fraud.
vi. The Bank reserves the right to adjust, cancel or terminate the recruitment of certain positions as circumstances may warrant, including changes in hiring needs and the quantity of applications received. The final interpretation of the recruitment is at the sole discretion of the Bank.
