1. Head Office Management Trainee
The Management Trainee Program at the Head Office departments offers six specialized tracks, namely IT, business development, financial markets, risk management and compliance, general management, and globalization. As business and management professionals for relevant departments of the Head Office, management trainees generally undergo one year of practical training. Based on the specific development plan of each track, trainees first receive training and gain experience at domestic institutions and relevant business lines before being assigned to overseas institutions in different countries and regions for further practice. To strengthen the training and reserve of global talent at the Head Office, management trainees in the globalization track will be assigned to work at overseas institutions for one to two years after completing their practical training.
Management Trainee of the Shanghai RMB Trading Unit will join the Bank's talent pool in such business areas like the cross-border business, RMB transaction, and cross-border clearing of financial institutions. They will be first assigned to work for one year for practical training and then transferred to the Shanghai RMB Trading Unit based on work performance. Place of work: Shanghai.
2. Job openings for Graduates of Foreign Languages other than English
Graduates of foreign languages (other than English) will be an important part of the Bank's talent pool supporting its globalized operation.
