Bank of China Limited ("BOC") hereby confirms that as of March 31st 2018, the proceeds of BOC's 3 offshore Green Bonds are allocated in alignment with Bank of China Limited Green Bond Management Statement. As long as BOC's Green Bonds
are outstanding, more detailed information on the allocation of proceeds and the environmental performance will be disclosed on BOC's official website prior to the end of April each year.
