BOC Samsung Life Insurance Co Ltd is a national-level life insurance entity affiliated with the Bank of China. It is jointly funded by three globally renowned enterprises, namely BOC Investment Asset Management Co Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of BOC), Samsung Life Insurance Co Ltd, and China National Aviation Holding Corporation Limited.

2024

• On May 9, its public welfare brand “Wings of Love” won the “Annual Social Responsibility Case” award at the 8th Jinnuo Financial Brand Influence Forum, hosted by China Banking and Insurance News.
• On May 22, two of its products, “BOC Prestige Life II Whole Life Insurance" and "BOC Premium Care High-end Medical Insurance", were honored with the "Gold Reputation Annual Life Insurance Product" and "Gold Reputation Annual Medical Insurance Product" awards, respectively.
• On June 6, its public welfare initiative "The Palace Museum Little Schoolbag" won the "2024 Typical Case of Insurance Industry Assisting Rural Vitalization" at the "Insurance Experts Forum" organized by Tsinghua Financial Review magazine.
• On Sept 23, it received the "2024 Top 10 Short Videos for Financial Consumer Protection and Education in Beijing Insurance Industry" award.
• On Sept 25, it was awarded the "2024 Golden Award for Business Collaboration in Bank-Insurance Channel".
• On Nov 7, it was recognized with the "Excellent Green Insurance Case" award at the 2024 Green Finance Forum hosted by International Finance News.
• On Nov 19, it was named "Annual Excellent Life Insurance Company" at the 2024 Annual Conference on Financial Development, marking the sixth consecutive year it has secured this honor.
• In December, it won "Enterprise ESG Rural Vitalization Model" at the 2024 Boao Forum for Entrepreneurs hosted by Xinhuanet, Xinhua News Agency's website; the "Excellent Pension Finance Case" at a campaign hosted by China.org.cn; and the 2024 "Warm Finance" Financial Institution Award at the annual "Warm Finance" selection event hosted by Yidian Zixun.

2023

• On June 2, the company’s two products, "BOC Prestige Whole Life Insurance" and "BOC Xiangshun Critical Illness Insurance", were selected by China Banking and Insurance News for the "Gold Reputation” awards.
• On July 7, it was listed on the “Annual Customer Service List” at the 2023 China Insurance Industry Innovation and Development Forum and the eighth Insurance Industry Fame List Awards Ceremony hosted by National Business Daily.
• On Sept 25, it won the "2023 Excellent Enterprise ESG Case" award at the "2023 Enterprise ESG Development Forum" hosted by Xinhuanet.
• On Dec 2, it was awarded the "2023 Excellent Enterprise ESG Rural Vitalization Case" at the China Entrepreneurs Boao Forum hosted by Xinhuanet.
• On Dec 6, it was named "Annual Outstanding Life Insurance Company" for the fifth consecutive year at the 2023 China Financial Development Summit and the 14th Golden Tripod Award (Finance) Annual List Evaluation.
• On Dec 22, it secured the "Annual Warm Financial Institution (Insurance)" award at the 2023 “Warm Finance” selection campaign, themed "Inclusive Finance for the Elderly, Warm Finance for the People" and hosted by the Finance Channel of Yidian Zixun.
