These services are designed to meet the financing advisory needs of legal entities and unincorporated organizations, including enterprises, public institutions, and government agencies. Major applicable scenarios include, but are not limited to, financing assessment, solution design, and project facilitation for project financing, bond issuances, and securitization.

Required Documents

When applying for the services, the inquirer should submit, in writing, documents such as basic information about the inquirer, business background details, and a description of the advisory needs.

Notes

Financing advisory services only provide consulting, analysis and recommendations, and solution designs to the inquirer and does not include related banking financial products. If the inquirer has such needs, they may apply for relevant BOC business services.
