Working Capital Loans
A personal housing loan is a commercial loan granted by Bank of China to borrowers for purchasing property. It is categorized into new housing loans and second-hand housing loans, depending on whether the real estate ownership certificate is obtained prior to the property transaction.
Fixed Asset Loans
Bank of China provides fixed asset loans to meet the financing demands from clients’ fixed asset investment activities. Primary application scenarios include, but are not limited to, the construction of fixed asset projects such as infrastructure and industrial parks; the acquisition of fixed assets such as large-scale equipment and plant buildings; and the renewal and transformation of fixed assets, including expansion, renovation, and equipment upgrades and retrofits.
Syndicated Loans
Bank of China may, based on customers' financing needs, organize two or more banks to provide syndicated loan services under a single loan agreement, via an agent bank and in accordance with the agreed timelines and pro-rata proportions. The major application scenarios include, but are not limited to, large-scale financing needs arising from the customers' day-to-day operations, fixed asset investment activities, and merger and acquisition activities.
Merger & Acquisition Loan
Merger & acquisition (M&A) loan refers to a loan granted by Bank of China (BOC) to an acquiring entity or its subsidiaries to pay transaction consideration and costs related to an M&A deal.
Export Credit
Backed by official export credit agencies, Bank of China provides medium and long-term financing to importers or exporters to support the export of China's capital goods and services, such as mechanical and electrical products, complete sets of equipment, and overseas engineering contracts.
Overseas Project Financing
BOC can provide medium and long-term financing for overseas projects such as infrastructure, resource development, energy, and transportation. Typically, it establishes a special company overseas to serve as the borrower, with the project's future cash flow as the main source of repayment, and the project assets and equity as collateral.
