Introduction

Bank of China Global Cash Management tailors an integrated domestic, cross-border, and overseas cash management service system based on enterprises' global account structure and fund distribution. It enables enterprises to achieve the centralized management and strategic allocation of global funds, realizing unified management worldwide.

Scope of Products and Services

1.Global account visibility. BOC provides multinational corporations with a panoramic view of accounts across multiple countries, banks, and currencies, creating a global fund dashboard that eliminates blind spots in cross-border fund monitoring.

2.Domestic cash pool. BOC offers a comprehensive treasury service matrix integrating accounts, liquidity, payment and collection, interbank cash, investment and financing, and risk management, helping enterprises achieve comprehensive integration and precise allocation of domestic funds.

3.Cross-border cash pool. BOC offers multiple options, including an integrated cash pool combining domestic and foreign currencies for multinational corporations, centralized cross-border fund operation services, a two-way cross-border RMB cash pool, and a full-function RMB cash pool for free trade zones.

4.Overseas cash pool. BOC tailors overseas cash management solutions based on clients' global operational structure and fund distribution, following a "one policy per enterprise and one policy per region" approach, assisting enterprises in establishing overseas treasury centers to build secure and efficient overseas fund hubs.

5.SWIFT direct connection. BOC establishes direct connectivity with enterprises via the SWIFT platform to receive payment instructions, send payment confirmations, and provide reconciliation messages, delivering standardized online services for multinational corporations.

Required Documents

1.Qualification certificates and related legal documents of the corporate entity and its legal representative;

2.Service application form;

3.For clients using online banking products, additional documents required for the specific products must be submitted.

Application Procedure

1.The group headquarters shall submit an application to BOC and complete the customer approval form;

2.BOC shall enter into an agreement and execute an authorization letter with the client and assist the client in completing the service application form;

3.BOC configures the relevant parameters in the system, and the service shall take effect on the date designated by the client.
