Domestic single factoring is a service for domestic trade, in which the seller transfers its accounts receivable, arising from contracts for sales of goods, provision of services, or engineering projects with a buyer, to BOC, which then provides services including financing, sales ledger management, and the collection of accounts receivable.

2. Domestic Comprehensive Factoring

Product Introduction

Domestic comprehensive factoring is a service for domestic trade, in which the seller transfers its accounts receivable, arising from contracts for sales of goods, provision of services, or engineering projects with a buyer, to BOC. The BOC branch located in the seller's or buyer's region acts as the factor for both parties, providing the seller with services including financing, sales ledger management, the collection of accounts receivable, and bad debts protection.

Product Features

Domestic comprehensive factoring helps the seller manage the buyer's credit risk by providing bad debt protection in case the buyer fails to settle the debt upon maturity. It also helps the seller obtain financing before the buyer's payment, improving their cash flow.

3. Reverse Factoring

Product Introduction

Reverse factoring is a service for domestic trade settled on an open account basis. It is based on the accounts payable debt that the debtor has confirmed, committed to waiving disputes on and unconditionally paying upon maturity. By taking the assignment of the corresponding accounts receivable held by the factoring applicant, BOC provides the applicant with non-recourse factoring services including financing, accounts receivable management, and bad debts protection.

4. E-Voucher Accounts Receivable Factoring

Product Introduction

E-Voucher accounts receivable factoring is a service for domestic trade settled on an open account basis. It is based on an electronic accounts receivable voucher issued by the debtor. By taking the assignment of the accounts receivable corresponding to this e-voucher, which may be transferred or split, held by the factoring applicant, BOC provides the applicant with non-recourse factoring services including financing, accounts receivable management, and bad debts protection.

E-Voucher accounts receivable factoring helps suppliers collect sales funds in advance, improving cash flows, and optimizing financial statements. It provides non-recourse financing, mitigating the credit risk of the core enterprise. The fully online operation helps suppliers obtain financing in a timely and efficient manner. The electronic accounts receivable voucher can be transferred, allowing suppliers to reassign it to their upstream suppliers when they do not require discounting.

5. Factoring with Domestic Credit Insurance

Product Introduction

Factoring with domestic credit insurance is a service for domestic trade, in which the seller takes out a domestic credit insurance policy with an insurance company approved by BOC. The seller then transfers the corresponding accounts receivable and the rights to indemnity under the insurance policy to BOC. Based on the transferred accounts receivable and indemnity rights, BOC provides the seller with services such as financing, accounts receivable management and collection.
