Product Overview
A letter of guarantee refers to a written document issued by a bank, acting as the guarantor, at the request of a corporate client, in which the bank promises to perform relevant payment obligations to the beneficiary in accordance with the terms specified in the letter.
Product Category
A non-financing letter of guarantee provides guarantee for non-financing payment obligations, including bid guarantees, performance guarantees, advance payment guarantees, tax guarantees, reservation/retention money guarantees, quality guarantees, maintenance guarantees, payment guarantees, operating lease guarantees, maritime guarantees, and other non-financing guarantees.
