Mobile Banking
Bank of China's mobile banking app offers access to a wide range of financial services, including account management, transfers, credit card services, deposit management, cross-border remittances, online foreign exchange settlement, and function settings.
Online Banking
Customers can access a variety of financial services through Bank of China's online banking interface, including bank account management, transfers and remittances, credit card services, deposit management, cross-border remittances, foreign exchange settlements, and personal settings. Users can switch to the English version in the top right corner of the BOC online banking homepage.
ATM
In addition to offering domestic bank card services, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and balance inquiries, Bank of China ATMs provide around-the-clock support for withdrawals and balance inquiries using major international bank cards issued outside of China, including UnionPay, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express. The specific services available for bank cards, along with the fees for cash withdrawals and inquiries, are determined by the overseas issuing bank.
