Customers can access a variety of financial services through Bank of China's online banking interface, including bank account management, transfers and remittances, credit card services, deposit management, cross-border remittances, foreign exchange settlements, and personal settings. Users can switch to the English version in the top right corner of the BOC online banking homepage.

Application Channels

The BOC online banking service can be activated at BOC branch counters.

Required Documents

Materials required include a valid identification document, a mobile phone number from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, or Macao, an activated Class I or II debit card, a credit card, a quasi-credit card, and an all-in-one current account opened at BOC.
