Bank of China has been supporting rural vitalization efforts in the counties of Yongshou, Changwu, Xunyi, and Chunhuain northern Xianyang, Shaanxi province.

BOC has developed strategies that foster industrial growth and create diverse income opportunities for local residents.

In 2024, in collaboration with five of its international branches, including those in Singapore, Dubai, and Kazakhstan, BOC organized Xianyang's first cross-border product promotion event. This event introduced local specialties like apples, buckwheat, and handicrafts to international markets.

Additionally, during the 25th anniversary of Macao's return to China, BOC's Macao branch facilitated the entry of agricultural and sideline products from the four counties into the special administrative region through targeted sales promotions.
