BOC Aviation Limited is a leading global aircraft operating leasing company headquartered in Singapore, with offices in Dublin, London, New York, and Tianjin. In December 2006, BOC Aviation became a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of China, and in June 2016, it was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It is now a subsidiary controlled by Bank of China.
