Established in Hong Kong in December 1984, Bank of China Group Investment Limited (BOCGI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of China.

As a specialized investment management company, BOCGI serves as BOC’s overseas direct investment platform, with a strategic focus on synergy and equity investments. The company primarily targets investment opportunities in Hong Kong and in countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative.

BOCGI actively explores compliant investment opportunities within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It prioritizes cross-border clients engaged in inbound and outbound initiatives, aiming to establish itself as a leading investment management company with significant market influence.

Over the past four decades, BOCGI has expanded its business scope to include corporate equity investment, fund management, and real estate investment and management.
