Bank of China recently launched a service plan to support the global deployment of MAZU, China's intelligent meteorological early warning solution.

The letters M, A, Z, and U stand for Multi-hazard, Alert, Zero-gap, and Universal, respectively.

Leveraging its service mechanism with global expertise accessible at any point of contact, global institutional network, and role as a main channel for cross-border clearing, BOC will provide core operating enterprises with comprehensive financial services across the full lifecycle, covering technology R&D, equipment production, overseas project development, overseas deliveries, and operations and maintenance services.

It will also build an integrated, end-to-end cross-border settlement service system and deepen the collaborative ecosystem between finance and meteorology.
