Leveraging its outstanding market performance and innovation capabilities, Bank of China recently won multiple awards at the 12th China Securitization Forum (CSF), including Outstanding Institution of the Year, Top 10 Projects of the Year for Corporate Asset Securitization in the Interbank Market, and Excellent Projects of the Year for Corporate Asset Securitization in the Interbank Market.
Since the restart of China's domestic asset securitization market in 2012, BOC has closely aligned with national investment strategy, underwriting more than 750 asset securitization projects with a total issuance of RMB 1.8 trillion. Its underwriting volume has ranked first in the interbank market for seven consecutive years.
Setting innovation benchmarks in the market
Bank of China has continuously driven innovation in asset securitization products, helping resolve operational challenges for market entities and launching multiple benchmark projects to respond to client needs through professional services.
BOC launched the first loan prime rate-linked floating-rate asset-backed notes (ABN), the first central SOE off-balance-sheet asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP), and the first dual-originator joint-mode ABN, enriching direct financing instruments and improving market pricing mechanisms.
It also launched the first dual-green ABN, the first carbon-neutral ABCP, and the first green auto-leasing ABN, promoting green industrial development and serving the national "dual carbon" (carbon peaking and carbon neutrality) strategy.
In addition, it launched the first blockchain-based financial leasing ABN, the first supply-chain notes ABCP, and the first "green + sci-tech innovation" dual-labeled asset-backed securities (ABS), focusing on cutting-edge technology as well as supporting industrial transformation and upgrading.
Deepening green finance
Bank of China has actively pursued green development, leveraging the strengths of asset securitization products to unlock the value of existing assets. It has assisted clients in completing RMB 350 billion in green asset securitization financing, providing long-term and stable funding support for low-carbon transition and the new energy industry.
BOC has deeply served energy enterprises such as State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC) and Shenzhen Energy. It makes best use of existing clean energy assets, accelerates the recycling of renewable energy subsidy funds, and uses capital market forces to promote the low-carbon transition of the energy structure to achieve the "dual carbon" goals.
It has provided end-to-end asset securitization services for leasing enterprises, using standardized green financial products to accelerate asset circulation and improve capital turnover efficiency. This approach provides continuous financial support for the deployment and scaling up of equipment in wind power, photovoltaics, and other new energy industries.
It has also optimized new energy vehicle loans for auto finance companies affiliated with Dongfeng, Changan, and other automakers, alleviating capital occupation pressure, stabilizing credit deployment, and connecting the full-chain capital cycle from manufacturing to consumption.

Bank of China regards serving the development of the private economy as a key focus of its asset securitization business. It has cumulatively assisted private enterprises in revitalizing nearly RMB 300 billion in assets, broadening diversified financing channels, reducing comprehensive financing costs, and generating development momentum.
It has consistently supported private automakers like BYD and Great Wall Motor by issuing asset securitization products to facilitate capital recovery. This approach helps enterprises expand their auto consumer finance business, promotes bulk consumption, and stimulates the domestic demand market.
It has provided asset securitization financing support for internet enterprises such as Tencent and Meituan, revitalizing their consumption-related assets, connecting the consumer side with capital markets, and promoting mutual reinforcement between consumption growth and financial market development.
It has implemented asset securitization financing solutions for private factoring enterprises involved in supply chain finance, accelerating the turnover of receivables for both upstream and downstream enterprises. This enhances capital coordination efficiency and strengthens supply chains comprehensively.

Bank of China has continuously promoted the deep integration and collaborative progress of sci-tech innovation enterprises, advanced manufacturing enterprises, and industrial finance. It has cumulatively provided nearly RMB 40 billion in asset securitization financing for such enterprises, offering practical models for revitalizing sci-tech assets and supporting industrial breakthroughs.
