Bank of China Limited (“BOC”) hereby confirms that as of June 30th 2018, the proceeds of BOC’s 5 offshore Sustainability Series Bonds are allocated in alignment with Bank of China Limited Sustainability Series Bonds Management Statement. As long as BOC’s Sustainability Series Bonds are outstanding, more detailed information on the allocation of proceeds, the environmental and social performance will be disclosed on BOC’s official website prior to the end of April each year.
