Mobile Banking

Product Overview

Bank of China's mobile banking app offers access to a wide range of financial services, including account management, transfers, credit card services, deposit management, cross-border remittances, online foreign exchange settlement, and function settings. The app is also available in English, providing essential services such as account management, mobile top-up, foreign exchange settlement, credit card bill inquiries and repayments, and cross-border remittances. To switch to the English version, simply use the version toggle located in the top right corner of the mobile banking homepage.

Available Channels

The BOC mobile banking service can be activated at BOC branch.

Required Documents

Materials required include a valid identification document, a mobile phone number from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, or Macao, an activated debit card, a credit card, or an all-in-one current passbook opened at BOC.
