5月19日，中國銀行董事長葛海蛟在中國銀行總行大廈會見新加坡交易所集團首席執行官羅文才一行，共同見證雙方簽署合作備忘錄。中國銀行副行長黃學玲參加活動。

雙方一致表示，中國銀行與新加坡交易所集團在推動區域資本市場發展、服務跨境投融資活動等方面具有良好合作基礎和較強資源互補性。雙方將以此次簽署合作備忘錄爲契機，充分發揮中國銀行全球化優勢、綜合化特色以及新加坡交易所集團國際金融平臺作用，進一步深化在推動人民幣國際使用、資本市場互聯互通等領域的互利合作，積極探索金融創新服務模式，攜手推動中新金融合作邁向更高水平。

Ge Haijiao Meets with Loh Boon Chye, Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Exchange Limited

On May 19, Ge Haijiao, Chairman of Bank of China Limited, met with Loh Boon Chye, Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX Group), at the Bank』s Head Office in Beijing, and they jointly witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the two sides. Huang Xueling, Executive Vice President of Bank of China Limited, also attended the event.

Both parties highlighted their strong foundation for cooperation in advancing regional capital market development and supporting cross-border investment and financing, as well as their complementary strengths in these areas. They agreed to work more closely together, leveraging Bank of China』s global network and diversified business platforms as well as SGX Group』s unique role as an international financial hub, to promote the international use of RMB, enhance capital market connectivity, and innovate financial service models, helping take China-Singapore financial cooperation to the next level.
