5月11日，中国银行董事长葛海蛟在中国银行总行大厦会见斯洛文尼亚副总理兼财政部部长克莱门·博什特扬契奇，围绕全球资本市场业务拓展、推动两国经贸金融合作走深走实等重点话题深入交流。中国银行副行长杨军、斯洛文尼亚驻华大使马博洋参加会见。

今年3月，中国银行作为牵头主承销商及牵头簿记管理人协助斯洛文尼亚财政部成功发行首笔熊猫债，是目前境内首发金额最大的主权熊猫债，也是中斯两国金融合作的重要成果。双方将进一步强化在债券承销、跨境金融等领域的务实合作，为充实中斯伙伴关系战略内涵、推动中国—中东欧国家合作及高质量共建“一带一路”作出更大贡献。

Ge Haijiao Meets with Klemen Boštjančič, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance of Slovenia

On May 11, Ge Haijiao, Chairman of Bank of China Limited, met with Klemen Boštjančič, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance of Slovenia, at the Bank’s Head Office in Beijing. They held in-depth discussions on further expanding cooperation across global capital markets, promoting stronger economic, trade and financial ties between the two countries and other topics. Yang Jun, Executive Vice President of Bank of China Limited, and Boštjan Malovrh, Slovenian Ambassador to China, also attended the meeting.

In March 2026, Bank of China served as lead underwriter and lead bookrunner for Slovenia’s Ministry of Finance’s panda bond debut, the largest inaugural sovereign offering to date in the Panda bond market and a milestone in bilateral financial collaboration. Both sides agreed to work more closely in bond underwriting and cross-border finance, adding to the scope and strategic significance of the China-Slovenia partnership while advancing the wider China-CEEC cooperation and high-quality Belt and Road cooperation.
