Public Notice on Online Banking Overseas Service Suspension

Dear Valued Online Banking Customers:

In order to improve customer service, Bank of China will be upgrading its online banking system in mid-February. Unfortunately, overseas online banking service will be unavailable between 0:00 and 5:00 on February 18, 2010(Beijing Time).

Meanwhile, fund transfers to the accounts opened at BOC Hebei Branch between 20:00 on February 17 and 9:00 on February 20, 2010 (Beijing Time) will be subject to delay.
