此外，北京时间2010年3月26日18:00至3月29日12：00期间向中国银行陕西省、青海省、甘肃省、宁夏回族自治区、新疆维吾尔自治区五家分行账户的转账汇款将延迟处理。

Public Notice on Online Banking Service Suspension

Dear Valued Online Banking Customers:

In order to improve customer service, Bank of China will be upgrading its online banking system in late March. Unfortunately, overseas online banking service will be unavailable between 0:00 and 6:00 on March 29, 2010(Beijing Time).

Meanwhile, fund transfers to the accounts opened at BOC Shaanxi, Qinghai, Gansu, Ningxia and Xinjiang Branch between 18:00 on March 26 and 12:00 on March 29, 2010 (Beijing Time) will be subject to delay.
